As owner operators of Hi-Tech Self Storage we pride ourselves in establishine exactly what the customers needs are and giving professional advise of a storage space size to suit the customer. We have 40 different sizes to choose from.

We generally find that a customer requiring short term storage(in and out within 3 months), will generally go for something slightly larger thatn the minimum requirement because it is easier and more convenient.

However a customer who is looking to go into storage long term will tend to want to utilize their space to make it cost effective and therefore not pay any more for storage than they need to.
