Conditions:

• $50 refundable deposit required on booking.
• Minimum rental period one month. Thereafter, pro-rata rates apply.
• Payment to be made monthly in advance.
• Most credit card and debit cards accepted.

Discounts on Rental Pre-Payments:

• 2.5% for 3 months
• 5% for 6 months.
• 10% for 12 months.

Termination:

At least 7 days notice in writing is required prior to termination of storage. On termination, if unit/facility is left in a clean and undamaged condition, the security deposit will be refunded.
